Course Requirements

To ensure your child has the best experience in our E-Sports Education Programme, it’s important to have the right tools and setup. This section outlines the technical, educational, and support requirements to help your learner succeed in this dynamic and digitally driven programme.

Minimum Equipment Requirements.

Learners will need access to a personal computer or laptop that meets the following specifications:

Recommended Device Specifications:

  1. Operating System: Windows 10 or later / MacOS Monterey or later
  2. Processor: Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
  3. RAM: Minimum 8 GB
  4. Graphics: Integrated graphics acceptable, but a dedicated GPU is                             recommended for certain games and modules (e.g. Media Production,                    Game Development)
  5. Storage: At least 250 GB free space
  6. Camera & Microphone: Required for meetings, workshops, and feedback
  7. Headset/Earphones: To reduce noise and allow clear communication in                      team settings
  8. Stable Internet Connection: Minimum speed of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps              upload.

Learners participating in game design or video editing modules may benefit from slightly higher specifications or access to a gaming laptop/PC.
