Cambridge International Curriculum administered by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) informally known as Cambridge or Cambridge International is part of the University of Cambridge in the UK.

International A Levels

Cambridge International A Levels (Ages 14-16) Years 10-11.

Cambridge International A Levels consists of the Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS Level) which is the first half of the full International A Level course.

International AS Levels is a one year course and can be taken as a free standing qualification and is equivalent to the South African NSC (National Senior Certificate) (Grade 12/Matric). Both the Cambridge International AS and A Levels are Internationally benchmarked qualifications.

With a choice of 55 subjects learners have the flexibility of a broad spectrum to either specialise in a particular subject or study a range of subjects. There are no compulsory subjects.
International AS levels follows from IGCSE, IGCSE is not a pre-requisite but is required for matriculation exemption.
