Minecraft Education is an educational platform that uses the familiar Minecraft game environment to teach academic content, 21st-century skills, and digital literacy. It turns traditional learning into a fun, interactive, and creative experience.

Requirements for Learners to Use Minecraft Education
1. Device Requirements
Learners can use Minecraft on a range of platforms. The following are supported:
- PC or Laptop (Windows 10/11 or macOS)
- Tablet (iPad or Android tablet).
- Gaming Consoles such as:
- PlayStation (PS4 or PS5)
- Xbox (One or Series X/S))
- Nintendo Switch
- Reading and following instructions in the workbook)
- Familiarity with Minecraft controls:
- Moving, jumping, placing blocks, using inventory
- Basic computer/device use:
- Opening applications, saving builds, typing answers
- Some projects may include logic puzzles or diagrams, so developing thinking skills is part of the learning process
- Installing Minecraft
- Navigating between the workbook and the game
- Basic reading and writing
- Tutors or parents can assist in reviewing completed tasks, especially reflection questions or design sketchess
- Downloading Minecraft and signing in
- Accessing digital workbooks (if not printed)
- Updates or optional online collaboration>
